well what can i say other than being possibly the best place to eat in shrewsbury. Everything about this place oozes class right from the welcoming reception to the fantastic food being served, all in perfectly timed fashion. the chefs special is always changing and one to look out for when eating in but the bench mark on the nations favorite chicken tikka massala has been raised in my opinion.
This place has the right people aswell as the right food which makes going to this place an experiance in itself. will definatley be goin back.

The building that Saffron Cottage is in has housed many eateries over the last few years and this is the best one, I think.
The food is a little more 'refined' than the usual Indian food and I really liked it. Portions were a tad on the smaller size, but then I usually eat too much, so for most people it would be fine. The choice of dishes is good, with lots of different ones. Interesting, flavorsome food - I'd definitely recommend it.

Was excellent food and excellent efficient, friendly service. The restaurant was really nicely decorated with a nice modern cosy feel. Had a lovely evening with my wife and neither of
us could fault anything. Will definitely recommend and defiantly revisit.

"Wonderful" the food was out of this world and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and the decor was very modern. My husband and i had a lovely evening and would certainly recommend it to all our friends and family.

This is by far the best place in Shrewsbury to get an Indian, the service is second to none, and the food a real delight. We have eaten here when it has been busy, and quiet, but the food and service remain the same, top quality!
